That dark enamel finish cleans up way easier than my old stainless pot, and the even heat distribution made the sausage casserole come out perfect with no scorched spots on the bottom. It’s heavy enough to feel sturdy on the stovetop but still manageable to lift with one hand when full.
Came out of a two-hour coq au vin session looking spotless, and the enamel took the heat evenly without any hot spots burning the bottom. Made a sausage casserole straight after and the lid seated snug enough that I barely had to stir. This one’s staying on the stove all winter.
The enamel coating has handled three slow-cooked stews so far and still looks pristine after scrubbing, which honestly surprised me for the price. It distributes heat beautifully for braising—my beef came out fork-tender without any scorching on the bottom.
