Carved the shoulder of lamb on it this Sunday and the groove held the juices perfectly for the gravy, which made the whole meal feel a bit special. The wood feels solid and heavy, not flimsy like some boards I've used.
The groove caught every bit of juice from the shoulder of lamb, so the gravy practically made itself. Board’s sturdy and easy to rinse, no complaints here.
The grooved channel is perfectly positioned, so the lamb’s juices pooled right where I needed them for the gravy. The board feels solid and heavy on the counter, and the "SHOULDER OF LAMB" engraving is a nice touch that makes it feel special. Cleanup was a breeze, too.
