Been to the farmer's market and picked up a lovely batch of apples? Rustle up an apple pie to feed a big family... (or a hungry small one) with our new Black Toast Medium Sweet Enamel Pie Dish.

The enamel surface wiped clean with just a warm cloth, even after a sticky fruit filling bubbled over the rim. It's roomy enough that a full batch of sliced apples piled in without spilling, and it went straight from oven to table looking good.
Baked an apple pie in this last weekend and the enamel heated evenly, no soggy bottom at all. The rim is nice and deep so my filling didn't bubble over, and it wiped clean with just a soak. Feeds a crowd, which is exactly what I needed.
