Edward K. ★★★★★

I pulled a 40cm slow-roasted lamb shoulder out of this this weekend and the enamel surface cleaned up like it was brand new, no scrubbing needed. The handles make it so easy to lift even when the dish is heavy with meat and juices, and the enamel surface cleaned up beautifully after that long roast. This is exactly the size I needed for a full shoulder of lamb, and the dark finish hides any staining from hours in the oven.

Victoria C. ★★★★★

That lamb shoulder came out perfectly shreddable, and the enamel surface cleaned up in minutes even after hours of roasting. The 40cm size easily handled the whole roast plus vegetables without crowding, and the dark coating gives everything a beautiful, even crust.
