The glaze on this bowl has a lovely depth to it,
The hand-painted beetroot pattern is so vivid, it draws compliments every time I set the table. Even with its "seconds" imperfection, the craftsmanship feels solid and the bowl holds a generous amount of salad without tipping.
I wish the description had mentioned the bowl's exact diameter, because it's a touch smaller than I expected for serving salad. That said, the hand-painted beetroot pattern is really striking and gives it a nice rustic feel.
